For all returns, you must contact us prior to shipping your item back.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee & $10 shipping cost not returned. We do not provide shipping labels for returns (no exceptions).
All returns must include the original packaging along with the tag still attached, & print out of the email communication. (All returns not following these conditions are subject to 30% restocking fee)
You have 5 days after delivery confirmation to make a refund request.
